I am a Mother. Wife. Nutritionist and Photographer. I believe in the power of nature to heal and nourish our body and mind and am an advocate of Food as Medicine. I am constantly seeking to improve myself and always strive to become armed with the knowledge to make more informed choices for the health of me, my family and of course, you!

Jenny Wehlow, BHSc & Adv Dip Nutritional Medicine, has a strong focus in Women’s Health, Pregnancy, Lactation and Children’s Nutrition. She can also help you to achieve weight loss goals and optimal health and wellbeing by tailoring individualised meal plans to help you achieve realistic goals. But more than that, Jenny will provide you with the education you need to make real change. Providing you with the skills and knowledge so you can take control of your health and wellbeing once and for all.

By using food as medicine, you can eat your way to better health and vitality and live ‘The Contented Life’.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Health Science and an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine and is an Accredited Practitioner with ATMS so you can be confident that you are getting sound, qualified and evidence based advice.

Jenny has had a lifelong relationship with the camera and is rarely seen without one in her hand. Taking the leap and deciding to make her love a career, Jenny has worked on a variety of shoots around Australia and continues to develop her art. Jenny has a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Photography.

Jenny has an eye for photography and capturing those candid intimate moments during her shoots and works with each individual client to ensure that the photos are representative of who they.

“I love capturing moments that are reflective of each person I shoot. I rarely capture the same shot for two clients. Every child is different, every family has different dynamic, every wedding is distinct and it is my job to capture the uniqueness and individuality of each person”

In 2010 Jenny received a “Highly Commended” award from the Regional Art Gallery in Muswellbrook in the Hunter of NSW for her entry into an Australia Day Photography competition. Her entry, titled “Empty Threats” captured ominous storm clouds over a property within the region. It was representative of the empty promise of rain, so commonly seen in the area which was suffering from drought at the time.

Jenny has worked on a variety of photography shoots and is experienced in Wedding photography. Capturing many weddings in Sydney, Hunter Valley, Mid North Coast NSW as well as Victoria.

Jenny is available for a variety of shoots including weddings, children, babies and family photography and other special events within Port Macquarie and the Mid North Coast of NSW. Jenny also has experience in product photography to help highlight and show your product in the best light!

Jenny is available for bookings in Sydney, Mid North Coast NSW and will travel to other areas as required.
